Beginning Saturday, September 12, JTR Jujutsu International’s six-week Women’s Self-Defense Boot Camp in Washington, DC offers an immersive training experience for women ready to take their personal safety skills to the next level.
Meeting every Saturday for six consecutive weeks, the program progressively builds situational awareness, functional fitness, striking, close-quarters defense, escapes, ground survival, and practical responses to real-world threats.
Each session builds upon the last, giving participants the repetition, physical conditioning, and hands-on experience needed to develop greater confidence and respond more effectively under pressure. No previous martial arts or self-defense experience is required.
